Read the essay entitled Can We Trust The Media. It was written by a high school student. Copy the text of the Introductory Paragraph and arrange the sentences into component parts under the following titles:
1. The Hook
2. Key points/ideas
3. The Thesis

Read "Example Response 2" Answer the following questions below.
1. Write an appropriate title for the essay;
2. How many arguments does the author present?
3. Copy and number starting with the #1 the topic sentences of each body paragraph.
4. Under each topic sentence write a concluding sentence for each paragraph that will link it back to the thesis.

Write a brief opinion essay on any topic of your choice, using the 3, 4 or 5 Paragraph Structure covered in the lesson. Use the Essay Structure PPT and Plan to guide you. Be ready to show all parts of your Essay: Brainstorming, Planning, Drafting etc.
