      Complete the case analysis after reading the case study. Answer the following three questions in your own words: 

      1. Summarise the important case facts 
      - Who are you in the case? (Usually mentioned in the first paragraph)
      - What is the main problem? How did this problem happened? 
      - What are some key facts in the case? 

      2. Case Analysis 
      - Use what we learned in class in analyse the case: 
      a) The three traits of leaders --> does Mike possess them? 
      b) The 6 leadership styles -> which one is Mike using? Which ones should he use?
      c) Motivation --> what extrinsic and intrinsic motivators are he using? Which should he use? 

      3. Recommendation 
      -Give a recommendation to Mike based on your analysis to help him solve his problem.
