- Answer the question, how are soil and vegetation related to the their specific regions?
- Look at different geographical regions and their vegetation zones
Success Criteria: By the end of this lesson you will be able to
- Identify Canada's natural vegetation regions
- Analyze the seven different regions
- Inquire about the different characteristics of each region
- Natural Vegetation are plants that grow without any human interference.
Describe natural vegetation in the area you live in (trees, plants, flowers, etc.) - Natural Vegetation
- Coniferous trees
- Humus
- lumbering
- Photosynthesis
- Deciduous trees.
- Permafrost
1) How does each vegetation region play a part in Canada's economy and industries? For example, the grassland region is contributes to farming and crops, or the forests contribute to lumber.
