For this group work each group will read through parts of the textbook and orally explain to the group what the skill is and why it is necessary.

Group 2 - Personal Management and Positive Skills Become Habits - pages 71-72 & 80-83
Group 3 - Stress Management and Time Management skills - pages 78-79 & 73-75
