      Learning Goals: By the end of this lesson you will be able to

       prove simple trigonometric identities. 

       

      Success Criteria: By the end of this lesson you will be able to prove trigonometric identities using the Pythagorean identity …the quotient identity 

      the reciprocal identities



      • Chapter 5 Test on Friday, the test will be covered: 
        1. Write equivalent trig expressions and evaluate trig ratios using C.A.S.T rule 
        2. Determine angles using inverse trig when trig ratio is given 
        3. Prove identities 
        4. Sine law and cosine law
