  What does it mean to be "hip" and a "hipster"? This is an older term. Today, we would call hipsters - "influencers".

  Influencers have thousands of followers on the Internet, and attract commercial advertisers, so it can be a huge lucrative, profit-making opportunity.

• ACTIVITY 26: AN INFLUENCER I KNOW Assignment

  1. Describe a “HIPSTER/INFLUENCER” that you know or can research on the Internet. Submit your response in a question-and-answer format WRITTEN IN COMPLETE SENTENCES. 50-75 words

  These are the questions: Who is the influencer? Where are they based? What is their “product”? How do they influence? Why do people and advertisers follow them?
