        With your group:

        1. Use the performance formula (Performance = Motivation X Ability X Guidance X Resources) to explain how you will improve your  performance.
        2. Prepare a performance evaluation form for the cashiers. It should have 3-5 questions and use three different types of questions.
        One person from each group post your group's answers here.

        To help your discussion, you look at the cashier responsibilities below:
        • Serve customers, especially unhappy ones, with friendliness
        • Process transactions with carefulness
        • Stock shelves in a timely manner
        • Clean the store environment
        • Answer customer questions and concerns with patience
        • Recommend products to customers
        • Attend weekly staff meetings
        • Help fellow coworkers
        • Take initiative to help around the store
        • Be knowledgeable on store products
