    Unit Description and Learning Goal:

    Macroeconomic Models and Measures:
    Students will demonstrate an understanding of various macroeconomic models and measures. They will also demonstrate an understanding of fiscal policy in Canada and the Monetary Policy.

    Success criteria
    At the end of this unit you will be able to understand  various economic concepts including Gross Domestic Product  (GDP), measuring the Consumer Price Index (CPI), government fiscal policy, the unemployment rate, and the role of the Bank of Canada in developing monetary policy.
