Teenagers nowadays are not getting enough exercise, especially since COVID-19! Many teenagers don't know why they should exercise. They know it's healthy, but not knowing HOW it helps them be healthy makes them not motivated to exercise. They also don't know how to exercise.
Create an exercise routine for teenagers. Requirements:- There should be at least 3 different exercises in it.
- Explain the benefits of each exercise
- Explain how long the routine will take
- Explain how often to do the routine
Post your exercise plan here on a Google Doc. Later each group will talk about it to the class.
