Speaking Assessment- Social Issues
For this assignment, you will be giving a 3-minute (ESLCO) 5-minute (ESLEO) presentation on a topic of your choice.
Instructions: Choose a social issue that is important to you. Remember, a social issue is one that affects more than one person. Prepare a 
presentation where you introduce your audience to the issue, its cause(s), how it affects society and what you think should be done. Explain why you chose this topic ( why it is important to you). Be sure to state how this issue makes you feel and why we should care about it.
Use some of the sentence stems in the handout to make your presentation more interesting.
You should create a ppt with at least 4 slides, each dealing with a different part of the topic.
