Icebreaker: Check-in "Growth"

When we hear the word "Growth" what do we think of? What imagery might we see when we hear this word?

Today we are going to be doing a mindful check-in. This means we are going to take some time to think about how we're feeling and where we are at mentally before actually responding. 

I would like you to reflect upon your time in this course. How do you think you have shown "growth" so far? Take a long deep breath before you answer.
