Icebreaker: "Once Upon a Time..." Story Pass

We will be working together as a class to create a short story. 

The Story Pass Game: 

  1. Ms. T will begin a story by saying the words, "Once upon a time..." After she has had the time to say a few sentences of her choosing, she will then say, “…and then…”  
  2. The next person then picks up where the story left off and begins to spin their own next part of the story. After this person has had the chance to say a few sentences, they will say,  “…and then…” and turn to the next person to continue.
  3. This is repeated until everyone has had a turn to tell a portion of the story. 
  4. The last person will need to find a way to conclude the story. Once they have said a few sentences, they will pronounce, “THE END!”
