I believe that the responsibilities of being a world citizen are awareness and understanding, commitment to values, active participation, cross-cultural competence and environmental stewardship. We can also demonstrate global citizenship by volunteering with international organizations, donating to global charities, participating in advocacy campaigns or supporting policies that promote global cooperation and development. We can also participate in cultural exchange programs, learn new languages, and attend international events and festivals.Yes, I think there is a connection between being a global citizen and having civil rights and freedoms, although citizens of a particular country usually enjoy certain rights and freedoms granted by the laws and constitution of that country. And these rights include civil liberties, political rights and social rights.

(1) Global citizen or world citizen generally refers to a being who shares a cosmopolitan identity and sense of belonging in the world. While they maintain a distinct national or racial identity and cultural identity, they do not define their identity by their home or homeland. Such thinking implies that they see the entire human population of the planet as an interacting whole, transcending any geographical or political limitations. 2. Transcending geography and politics, the human race as a whole should love peace and help each other. There is no interference between being a global citizen and having citizenship
