What does the word "lottery" mean to you?
To me, the lottery is a game where people buy tickets and try to win money by picking the right numbers. It’s a random chance to get a big prize, like millions of dollars, but most people don’t win. It feels like a way to dream about getting lucky and changing your life, even though the odds are very small.
What kind of theme would a lottery be associated with? Happiness? Sadness? Why?
A lottery could be linked to both happiness and sadness. It brings happiness to the winners who get a huge prize, but it can also bring sadness to those who don’t win, especially if they were really hoping for it. The excitement and hope can quickly turn into disappointment. Plus, sometimes winning the lottery can even cause problems, so it’s not always as happy as it seems.
