Question 1. What does adrenaline do and what is adrenal fatigue?


Adrenaline is when fight or fight response and our adrenal glands release adrenaline into the body, which is lead to hazards. 


Adrenal Fatigue is in our modern age, we struggle with stress by a lot of things, wether it by the news, our unread message a mean colleague, or a fight with the spouse. 


Question 2. How can we deal with stress in a healthy way


To my mind, a healthy way to deal with stress is ask yourself “what is this stress trying to tell me”? In stead of trying to “manage” your stress, try to communicate with it. Maybe it’s trying to tell you that something in your life can be improved. Or it’s telling you that you are needed, that you have a purpose in this world.


Question 3. How does a traumatic event lead to a lasting impact on a person’s brain?


When they don’t receive enough the amount of glucose (sugar) reserves, then trauma can have lasting the affect of human brain.

People can figure out the way to healing their mind from PTSD that means create a new experiences serve as positive reference points from your life. When you accumulate positive experiences, it will help you put the negative ones behind.

Depression can be caused emotionally or physically. From an emotional perspective, depression might get caused by traumatic loss and long-term stress.

Cause 1. Glucose Defiecency: Glucose is a sugar found in fruits and starchy vegetables. The brain needs enough glucose to function. When we’re lacking glucose, we might crave a sugary treat or bread or pasta, but what our body really needs is glucose from fruits and vegetables.

You also need to get healing glucose from fruits like wild blueberries, apples, melons, mangoes, and papaya. Celery juice is another great tool to heal from all addictions, but especially drug addictions, because it detoxifies the body
