The podcast I was most interested in was Dr. Death. After listening to a short sample of Dr. Death, I was drawn in by the depth and shock of this true story. It is not only a narrative about medical errors and crimes, but also a deep exploration of the complexity of trust, power and systemic failure. Christopher Duntsch's story made me reflect on how trust in doctors in the medical industry is abused and how much harm the lack of institutional supervision can cause. Laura Beil's narrative is delicate and tense, giving people an immersive feeling.
