Saudi Arabia. First of all, I like modesty and that country is most strict in regard of modesty. Secondly, the country does not allow any drugs, alcohol, or any other intoxication. Thirdly, it is safe there and alright to let somebody's child raised traditional there. Fourth, it is good for studying there.
