One-quarter of your plate is protein and one-quarter of the rest place is whole grains. You can add some nuts depending on personal taste.

If we struggle with thinking too much write it down on the paper that can help us reducing negative thoughts
Talking to someone ( To be honest, I love talking to myself, it's sound bizarre but I feel comfortable and I can figure out the way to help me better than talking to people).

In my view, Kintsukuroi: A Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, emphasizing the beauty in imperfection and resilience. It’s often used as a metaphor for healing and embracing flaws.

For me, observe their actions and maybe communicate with them that we can find it easy.
