3. What two personality traits does DISC measure?

DISC mainly measures how people respond to problems and challenges and how they interact with other people. It also looks at whether someone is more task-focused or people-focused.

4. Summarize the 4 personalities in DISC using your own words.

  • D (Dominance): Strong, confident, likes control, focuses on results.

  • I (Influence): Outgoing, talkative, enthusiastic, enjoys working with people.

  • S (Steadiness): Calm, patient, supportive, loyal, prefers stability.

  • C (Compliance): Careful, logical, detail-oriented, follows rules and structure.

5. Which DISC profile are you? How do you know?

I am mostly a D (Dominance) and C (Compliance) personality. I know this because my test results show I scored highest in Dominance (34%) and Compliance (31%). This means I am determined, logical, independent, and focused on results. I prefer structure and making decisions carefully rather than acting emotionally.
