Interpersonal communication is a general term that encompasses relationships between people, representing the communication, influence, and other behaviors that connect them.
Through classroom discussions, I discovered that it is key to fulfilling a sense of belonging, acquiring knowledge, and promoting mental health. The core principles are respecting differences, treating each other sincerely, reciprocating kindness, and pursuing win-win relationships (my well-being—your well-being too).
