1. Inner expectations are the expectations you put on yourself. Ex: I've decided to do exercise every day since I want to be healthier.
Outer expectations are the expectations from other people put on you. Ex: Your parents want you to become a doctor.
2. Upholder: readily meets outer and inner expectations.
Questioner: readily meets inner expectations only.
Obliger: readily meets outer expectations only.
Rebel: resists both inner and outer expectations.
3. Obliger is the most common with 40 %, and the least common is Rebel with 15 %, Questioner about 25 % and Upholder about 20 %.
4. Obligers is the ones who have the hardest time because they often struggle with their own goals unless someone else is holding them accountable.
5. I think the Tendency is the hardest to work with is Rebels. Since they resists inner and outer expectations, they don't like being told what to do, and I prefer freedom.

7. I think I am a Questioner. I like to understand why I should do something before I do it. If a rule or task makes sense to me, I will work hard and complete it. But if I don’t understand the reason, I feel less motivated to follow it.
