I think I can stay for one week without technology, but it will be hard.
At first, I may feel bored because I use my phone every day. I like watching videos and talking to friends online. Without technology, I may feel lonely.
But after some time, I can do other things. I can read books, walk outside, and think more. I can enjoy nature and have quiet time.
So, I think I can stay for the whole week, but it will not be easy.
