One bad habit I want to change is spending too much time on my phone.

If I want to use my phone during homework time, then I will put it in another room for 30 minutes.

I can replace phone time with reading, exercising, or listening to music because these activities are healthier and more productive.

I can pair studying with relaxing music so homework feels more enjoyable.

How can you use accountability to help?

I can ask my parents or friends to remind me to limit my screen time and check my progress.

 How can you change your environment to help?

I can keep my phone away from my bed and turn off notifications while studying.
