In mu opinion, I think International students face challenges such as cultural adjustment and academic differences when studying abroad. To overcome these hurdles, they should research the new environment, seek support from university services, and actively engage in social and academic activities.

I think it is important for international students to master life skills. Such as cooking. I suggest they learn how to cook before studying abroad.

I think for international students fully adapting to the language environment is difficult. Everything you need to use a second language makes it hard to clearly express things and communicate. I think when you are in your home country you can use 2-3 hours to immerse second language environment and adapt ahead of time.

One challenge of studying abroad is that you have to learn to face most things independently. When you have to enter society, interpersonal communication is also very important. Take good care of yourself. It is important to stay healthy when you are alone abroad. Participate in more activities and keep a positive attitude.
