For change job，I think its related sense of boring, many people will feel about boring whey they working a long time.So they frequently pursue a new job to get a new environment or friend

I think now society is multi- culture and social media is very popular you can see different people's lives so slowly you will want to change. Go away from your comfort zone, and in a short life experience more different lives.
