When I watched this video, I felt that the music was very soothing. After watching it, I felt very relaxed. I think meditation can make people relax.

1.after I watched this video, I realized that maybe there is something i can improve during my meditation
2.i felt kind of lose and relax
3. For me personally, meditation is relaxing for me. I do some meditation sometimes but not often, but when i do it, i do feel pretty lose.

After watching this video, I feel a little comfortable, because his music is very relaxing. I think meditation is relaxing and useful. When I am a little stressed, I will use soothing music to accompany meditation, which is very useful

I felt that this video made my mind and body feel relaxed. When I saw this video, I was very confused, because I didn't see any content in this video, only heard music and someone's voice. But after a while I felt incredibly relaxed. I think meditation is relaxing because meditation is a way for us to relax and relieve stress and anxiety.
