What is the best way to start the day? When you wake up in the morning, what would you love to be able to do for the next hour before you have to think about getting ready for school?
For example- I would lay in bed for 15 minutes as the morning sun shone into my room. As the birds tweet outside my window, I would slowly get up and magically have a cup of coffee in my hand. My favorite comfy chair would be waiting for me on the patio, and I would sit in the morning sun, drinking coffee, and eating a piece of toast as I watch the world wake up.
Then I would run to the bathroom because I realize that I am late for work!
