Using Freytag's Pyramid as a model, you will create your own model to show the various elements of a short story as outlined in Freytag's Pyramid, based on ONE of the following: 

- Araby by James Joyce 

- Symbols and Signs by Vladimir Nabokov   

The stories are in the resource folder in the Unit 2 Short Stories box. 

Be creative and use any model or diagram that you like, but it needs to have all of the following 7 elements in the correct order and spacing: Exposition, initial Incident, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, Resolution, Denouement. 

This pyramid should be as detailed as possible with quotes, in-text citations, connections, and a tiny bit of analysis.

Post your pyramid, or a link to it, and you will present this to the class.
