Instructions

Choose one question about interpersonal skills, such as:

• What makes someone good at working with others?
• Why are communication skills important?
• What interpersonal skill is hardest to develop?

In your original post (3–5 sentences):

• Share your thoughts
• Provide one example from your own experience

Then respond to two classmates by either:

• Building on their ideas, or
• Asking a thoughtful follow-up question
