Forum: What are some aspects of your local culture that are unique?
Today we will briefly touch upon the topic of synonyms. Synonyms are words that are spelled differently, but have the same meaning.
For example, "unique" and "special". Both of these words are spelled differently, but they both mean something that is "one of a kind, or unlike any other thing".
Here's a little tip: You can talk about the same idea by using different words, or by structuring your sentences differently.
Here are two questions that are structured differently, but they are both talking about the same idea:
"What are some aspects of your local culture that are unique?"
"What are some parts of your specific culture that are special or different?"
You will answer the question above in a paragraph format. Use a synonym somewhere in your paragraph.
