Icebreaker: Symbols and Moods

For today's icebreaker, we will be revisiting the topic of symbolism in a drawing exercise.

Step 1: I would like each of you to take a moment and reflect on your current  mood. How are you feeling this morning? What made you feel this way? If you are in a bad mood, what do you think you can you do to change it?

Step 2: After taking the time to reflect, I would like to you find a weather-based symbol that reflects your mood and draw the symbol on a piece of paper. 

  • For example, if you are feeling sad, you may choose to draw a raincloud. 

Step 3: Please post your drawings to the forum when you are finished.
