antagonist

noun:  the main character who opposes the protagonist in a narrative or play

character

noun : A character is a person, animal, being, creature, or thing in a story


character traits

The individual qualities that make each character unique.


characterization

The methods a writer uses to develop the personality of the character


conflict

noun:  a challenge the main character must face in order to progress through the plot of a story

noun: a literary work based on the imagination and not necessarily on fact

noun: a story that details a sequence of events

plot

noun: the sequence of interconnected events within the story of a play, novel, film, or other narrative literary work.

who is telling the story and what they know or can see
