The principle that all individuals and institutions are subject to and accountable to laws that are fairly applied and enforced, ensuring justice and preventing arbitrary governance.


2. Human Dignity

The inherent worth and respect due to every individual, recognizing their right to be treated ethically, with compassion, and free from degrading treatment.


 3. Political Equality

The concept that all citizens have equal access to political rights and opportunities, including the right to vote and participate in governance.


 4. Political Freedoms
