The next poem we are going to read and analyze is written by the famous American poet Robert Frost.

The night in this poem is portraying death and this is a story about a near-death story. He mentions the watchman and portrays him as the Grim Reaper, he says he walks past and avoids conversation which is his way of saying no I'm not ready yet and the big clock in the sky's the countdown to his death.
