Success Criteria For Final Evaluation April 30
1. Knowledge: of topic area, literary elements and overall themes as they connect to your topic; understanding of how to design and create an attractive visual presentation; knowledge of the writing process in order to plan ideas for written reflection
2. Thinking: deeper thinking and analysis of your topics in the selected sections; ability to analyze your topic; own opinion and connections to your topic; strong thinking and planning of the written reflection analyzing ideas about your Independent Study book and another text; strong use of personal thinking and experiences for slides and written reflection
3. Communication: strong use of visuals and effective slides to convey meaning; clear, confident speaking tones; ability to respond to questions on your topic ; strong use of writing skills, organization, vocabulary, grammatical skills for slides and written reflection
4. Application: overall effect of your presentation and analysis of your topic; ability to connect your topic to everyday situations and your own opinions on key themes; proper use of APA/MLA references
