FOR Survey 1.2 Prior Learning Experience

The purpose of this survey is to gather diagnostic information about students’ prior classroom experiences, particularly their exposure to traditional teacher-led instruction, collaborative learning, revision practices, and use of digital tools. The results are used formatively to inform grouping decisions, pacing adjustments, and instructional emphasis as students transition into the Knowledge Community and Inquiry (KCI) learning model. This survey is not graded and serves as assessment for learning.
