Tai and his friends are in a constant war with their parents over one big thing — screen time. For years, their parents have been telling them that screen time is bad and needs to be limited. But is it really? Tai finds out. In this episode In this episode of his PODCAST Tai talks to:

Visualize what you can’t see but imagine you can see the faces of the people speaking ... like a movie playing out in front of you.

This technique will keep you focused for 25 minutes.

Based on the PODCAST write down a response to the following:

  • In note form list at least five (5) positive effects of Screen Time spent on a computer or cellphone
  • In note form list at least five (5) negative effects of Screen Time spent on a computer or cellphone
  • Answer the question “How Much Screen Time is Too Much?” in 3-5 well written sentences.
