Paragraph Writing


Watch the video that explains how to write a paragraph, then read the sample paragraph before you do this activity. 


Instructions: Write a paragraph describing your favourite vacation. Talk about where you went on this vacation, who you went with, what you did and why the vacation was so enjoyable. 

Follow these steps: 

1. Download the Hamburger Paragraphs Template

2. Write your ideas in the template

3. Check to make sure that your ideas make sense and that your sentences are written properly.

4. Type up your paragraph in a new document. 

5. Submit the template and the completed paragraph 


Your paragraph should be 5-6 sentences. 

Use some of the idioms from the lesson vocabulary. 


Submission Format: PDF (include your name, date and assignment title); Double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt font.
