Summary Writing and Peer Review

Part 1 Summarize the text. List five to seven key events from the story in the order in which they happen. Your summary should include the main points from the beginning, middle, and end of the story.


Part 2 Once you have finished your summary, compare your work to your partner. If you believe that your summary can be improved, edit your work and submit both versions.
