Homework - Synonyms

Synonyms are words that have the same or similar meanings. A good way to increase your vocabulary is to learn synonyms for words you use all the time. In this activity, you will use your dictionary to find the synonyms of frequently used words. 


Once you have completed this activity, choose 10 new words from any of the activities in this lesson, and use each word in a different sentence. 


Make sure that you write down any new words in your notes.
