Icebreaker: Past and Present Tense - Kahoot

For today's icebreaker, we will be playing a game of Kahoot. More specifically, we will be exploring the ways past and present tense is used when constructing sentences.

Please go to the following link to play the game: https://play.kahoot.it/

Here is some information you should know prior to starting the Kahoot:

Past Tense: The past is used to describe things that have already happened (e.g., earlier in the day, yesterday, last week, three years ago). These sentences use verbs that indicate that the situation or event has already happened.

(For example, walked, ran, jumped).

Present Tense: The present tense is used to describe things that are happening right now, or things that are continuous. These sentences use verbs that indicate that the situation or event is still happening in this moment.

(For example, walking, running, run, jumping, jump)
