I think school is the place where I get the most stress. To manage academic stress, prioritize tasks through time management, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and practice relaxation techniques. Seek support from friends, family or counselors to set realistic goals. Develop coping strategies to stay organized and limit distractions while studying. Balancing academics with physical and mental health creates a more fulfilling school life.

There will be pressure in study, but I usually relieve stress by exercising or listening to music.

School: Academic pressure, exams, assignments, and social dynamics can create stress for students. Effective study habits, seeking help when needed (whether from teachers or counselors), staying organized, and taking regular breaks can help manage school-related stress.

I think most of my stress comes from studying because I always feel anxious that I won't be able to do it, as well as the busyness of my study schedule can cause me to feel tired. I usually try to find something else to do like play with my phone. Or listen to calmer music to relieve stress.

In school, I always experience peer pressure from friends, often about grades. To alleviate stress, most of the time I listen to music and take a break between different subjects’ study. Sometimes, speaking with my family members about my stress is also a way for me to alleviate my stress.

School is an area where I get stress most. In order to manage the stress, I think it is a good way to talk with others. For example, when we feel stressed after a day's study, we can talk with our friends and parents so that we can get lots of energy from them. They can also provide some useful strategies to us to release stress and help us get better.
