Three things I have learned:
1. The charter revolutionized the modern law and regulations
2. In the begging they came by many problems such as those coming from the provincial leaders.
3. Prime minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau presented the idea of the charter.
Two things interest me:
1. Before the charter, Canada was still in the hands of the British parliament.
2. The charter actually applies to everyone even newcomers of the country.
One question:
When was the charter created, have they not though of human rights and freedom since the government was formed?
