After living permanently in Canada for three years, understand the basic rights and responsibilities as a Canadian and able to speak English or French.

The biggest advantage of basic rights is to keep everyone on the same line of freedom, which can prevent many misunderstanding. In my opinion. the most important rights is the legal rights. Because it can prevent the overpower of the polices.

7. Do you think giving up personal freedom for safety is a good trade?

In my opinion, we should never give up our personal freedom for safety. Because in the second we give up our freedom for safety, our safety is controlled by who take our freedom and they have no cost to break the promise.

8, Which group affected most/ what you will react if you were one of them?

The police is the group affected most by this policy. Because they can have much more power by this policy. I will be more careful about my actions if I am a police that time.
