I'm Vietnamese so there are a lot of things that I learned about :

  1. District People's Courts - The lowest level, hearing first-instance cases. There are around 710 district courts across Vietnam.
  2. Provincial People's Courts - There are 63 provincial courts that hear appeals from district courts and certain first-instance cases.
  3. High People's Courts - The appellate courts, of which there are three located in Hanoi (North), Da Nang (Central), and Ho Chi Minh City (South). They hear appeals from provincial courts within their jurisdictions.
  4. Supreme People's Court - The highest court that provides guidance and oversight to the entire court system through resolutions and typical case reports
