I'm Vietnamese so there are a lot of things that I learned about :
- District People's Courts - The lowest level, hearing first-instance cases. There are around 710 district courts across Vietnam.
- Provincial People's Courts - There are 63 provincial courts that hear appeals from district courts and certain first-instance cases.
- High People's Courts - The appellate courts, of which there are three located in Hanoi (North), Da Nang (Central), and Ho Chi Minh City (South). They hear appeals from provincial courts within their jurisdictions.
- Supreme People's Court - The highest court that provides guidance and oversight to the entire court system through resolutions and typical case reports
