No, because the Provincial Courts could protect people's right and freedom, so it could balance between the civilians and the government. Moreover, it could be a abuse of power since the government's power could be too much if it ignore the power of the Provincial Courts. Also, it would not gain too much civilian's satisfaction if the government decide to ignore since most of the people are aware that their rights been protected by the Provincial Courts. It could also help to know the portability and to see whether the law is reasonable.
