1) If I were an employer I would follow to the rules that providing a safe and healthy workplace environment that adheres to occupational health and safety standards and regulations. 

2) Right fair-treatment and non-discrimination

The right to be free from discrimination based on protected grounds like race, gender, age, disability, religion etc. in all aspects of employment including hiring, promotions, termination etc.
