The value of planning as illustrated in the parable had come to my mind that is the leadership . While others panicked, the captain remained calm and took charge, providing clear direction to those willing to follow his plan. Effective planning requires level-headed leadership, especially under pressure.

This is can related to my own life. I can relate to this through my experiences in college. For instance: when teachers give us a project to complete. Then me and my friends need to discuss about it, maybe the details can be tough and hard to thinking but when we connect together nothing is impossible.

Positive leadership that provides a clear plan and rallies people to work together can have a profound impact, as the parable vividly demonstrates. Proper planning is invaluable for navigating crises and challenges effectively.
