Plastic bags hurt animals (they eat or get stuck in them), cost $ to clean up, and never fully break down   they just turn into toxic confetti. Leaf Rapids banned 'em 'cause their town was drowning in plastic trash.

Copy Ireland’s "Plastic Tax"   charge 1 CAD per bag, use the cash for cleanups.
