What factors you think influence a customer to make a purchase?

  • Gen Z: Prioritizes authenticity, transparency, and social responsibility.
  • Millennials: Seek a balance between value, convenience, and high-quality experiences.
  • Gen X: Focuses on reliability, long-term stability, and frictionless digital journeys. 

there are different customers, so it depends on what they believe on and their previous experience that would define what they want. For example, a gen z wants to have the same as the others if it popular like if there is Louis Vuitton shoes that he has. We all know that is a expensive brand so people would try to get some similar ones to be in the group of popular or "rich."
